Kingston is ideally situated as a point of departure
for cruises on either the sheltered waters of the Bay of Quinte and St
Lawrence River or the open waters of Lake Ontario. The Thousand Islands,
Prince Edward County and New York State are all within reach of Kingston.
The following are only a few of the many stopovers within a day or two
of CFBKYC. To expand the Cruising Guide, your photos and salty stories
will be much appreciated.
While we hope you enjoy these pages, you will of course need the proper
paper charts and a good GPS before setting out. We would
also recommend one of the published cruising guides such as "Ports"
available at all chandleries.
